- Yummy foods often contain A LOT of calories and fats :(

- Eating too much makes your tummy hurt.
- Don't eat those Pizzas/Burgers/Soups/... you can buy in a box at the supermarket!
- It makes no sense to be on a diet but eat/drink stuff you hate. That only makes you quit faster.

- If you eat less calories than your body normally needs a day , you will loose weight.
- You should eat as many "colors" as possible . Because every color contains a vitamin.
- Cooking food by yourself is fun and healthier than ordering Junk Food.
- Without eating food you would maybe die in 3 to 6 days ... ( 6 days if you really ate a lot at the beginning and you are healthy! )
